She’s Next Empowered by Visa was brought to Georgia in 2020. The purpose of the program is to empower female entrepreneurs in terms of providing valuable opportunities to run their businesses with great success.

As of now, 4 waves had been rolled out in partnership formats. Among the main partners of the waves have been: Forbes Woman Georgia, Business Federation “Women for Tomorrow”, USAID Economic Security Program, Marketer.ge, TBC Bank, and Bank of Georgia.

During the first three waves of the She’s Next in Georgia initiative, women entrepreneurs were provided with multiple opportunities to enhance their businesses. These opportunities included educational masterclasses focused on business development, customized training sessions on acquiring pitching techniques, and monetary prizes through the SME contest to help them start or expand their businesses. Additionally, an extensive media communication campaign was launched for each wave of the initiative.

The latest 4th wave of the initiative brought novelty with the announcement of a business ideas pitch contest and gathering over 1,000 applications. Overall 3 winners were revealed by the jury and awarded 10,000 GEL each, along with the mentoring session for the successful launch of their businesses.

The She’s Next network for women entrepreneurs has been established in Georgia throughout four waves, with thousands of female members. As part of the initiative, She’s Next also organized informal meetings with women entrepreneurs to further strengthen connections. She’s Next Empowered by Visa has set up a tradition of attracting thousands of women entrepreneurs through contests and has continued to do so to this day.
