She's Next in Uzbekistan

The second wave of She’s Next Empowered by Visa was held in Central Asia in 2022.

Around 6,800 entrepreneurs from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan registered in an educational business leadership programme. 

The programme was implemented together with Halyk Bank and the Onlinebank by Halyk brand. The technical partner of the programme was the Tech Hub of the Astana International Financial Centre. 

The programme included: 

• a landing page with information about and educational videos for participants. 
• a chatbot where participants passed tests on the new information they took on board during the programme. 

15 entrepreneurs made it to the final stage of the programme – the top three were selected by open vote. 

Several media partnership projects were launched within the communication support of the initiative in Kazakhstan as well as collaborations with popular Kazakhstani influencers who shared information about the programme on their social media accounts. 

One of the 15 finalists was from Uzbekistan. 

She's Next in Uzbekistan

15 sentabrdan 23 dekabrga qadar Qozog‘istonda “ Business Leadership ” marafoni doirasida Visa tomonidan qo‘llab-quvvatlangan “She’s Next”ning ikkinchi to‘lqini bo‘lib o‘tdi. Taʼlim dasturida Qozogʻiston, Oʻzbekiston, Qirgʻiziston, Tojikiston 6800 ga yaqin tadbirkor roʻyxatdan oʻtgan. 

Marafon Xalq Banki va Xalq Bankining “Onlinebank” brendi bilan hamkorlikda o‘tkazildi. “Ostona xalqaro moliya markazi”ning “Tech Hub”i marafonning texnik hamkori bo‘ldi. 

Marafon quyidagilarni o’z ichiga oldi: 

– Marafon ishtirokchilari uchun dastur va o’quv videolari haqidagi ma’lumotlarga ega ochilish sahifasi. 
– Ishtirokchilar marafon davomida o’rgangan yangi ma’lumotlar bo’yicha testlardan o’tkazilgan chatbot.

Marafonning yakuniy bosqichigacha 15 nafar tadbirkor yetib keldi – ulardan uchtasi ochiq ovoz berish yo’li bilan tanlab olindi. 

Ushbu tashabbusni Qozog‘istonda kommunikatsion qo‘llab-quvvatlash doirasida, shuningdek, dastur haqidagi ma’lumotlarni o‘zlarining ijtimoiy tarmoqlarida baham ko‘rgan qozog‘istonlik mashhur blogerlar bilan hamkorlik natijasida matbuotda ma’lumotlarni taqdim etish tadbiri, kampaniyaning yakuniy tadbiri va ommaviy axborot vositalari bilan hamkorlik bo‘yicha bir nechta loyihalar (1-Daraja) tashkil etildi. 

Finalga chiqqan 15 nafar ishtirokchidan bir nafari O‘zbekistondan edi.
