She's Next in Azerbaijan
In 2021, the She’s Next Empowered by Visa global initiative was launched for the first time in Azerbaijan. As part of the first wave of the initiative, a free online educational program was developed for women in business – those who are already running a business or are just planning to start their own. More than 1,000 women from Azerbaijan took part in the program’s educational workshops.
In September 2022, the second wave of the initiative was launched in Azerbaijan. Visa has announced a competition for beginners and established entrepreneurs with a prize fund of AZN 25,000. The second wave aimed to teach effective pitching skills to attract investment. Online training on the presentation of their business was organized for the participants of the competition so that women could learn how to pitch. The finals was held in the Visa Elevator Pitch Day format – for the first time in Azerbaijan. In total, more than 600 participants applied to take part in the competition.
Special attention within the framework of the project is aimed at motivating women to inspire them to start their own businesses and help them cope with fears and barriers. For this purpose motivating content was created in Azerbaijan as part of the initiative: a series of podcasts with local craftswomen about their business path, videos and photo reports with the participation of successful female entrepreneurs, a special limited collection of She’s Next Boxes and much more.
She’s Next Empowered by Visa partnered with outstanding Azerbaijani projects: WoWoman woman-motivating platform, top-tier Nargis Magazine, and Always Inspired podcast. The project was also supported by leading local mass media and influencers.
She’s Next WOW breakfast was held in June 2023, where entrepreneurs and partners met for a morning of networking, She’s Next Digital Community Platform presentation and partnership building.

2021 ildə qlobal She’s Next Empowered by Visa təşəbbüsünə Azərbaycan da qoşuldu. Təşəbbüsün ilk dalğası çərçivəsində işgüzar qadınlar – həm artıq biznes yaratmış, həm də öz işini qurmaq haqqında düşünən xanımlar üçün ödənişsiz onlayn təhsil proqramı yaradıldı. Proqramın təlim seminarlarında Azərbaycandan 1,000-dən çox qadın iştirak etdi.
2022 ilin sentyabrında ölkəmizdə təşəbbüsün ikinci dalğasına start verildi. Visa şirkəti öz biznesinə başlamaq və ya mövcud bizneslərini inkişaf etdirmək arzusunda olan qadınlar üçün 25,000 AZN mükafat fondlu müsabiqə elan etdi. İkinci dalğada əsas diqqət investisiyaları cəlb etmək üçün biznesi səmərəli təqdim etmək bacarığına yönəldildi. Müsabiqədə iştirak üçün ərizə vermiş 600-dan çox qadın üçün bizneslərinin və biznes ideyalarının təqdimatına dair onlayn təlim təşkil olundu. İştirakçılar təlimdə əldə etmiş biliklərini müsabiqənin növbəti mərhələlərində tətbiq etdilər. Müsabiqənin finalı Azərbaycanda ilk dəfə Visa Elevator Pitch Day formatında keçirildi.
Layihədə qadınları öz bizneslərini açmaq üçün ruhlandırmaq, onlara daxili qorxu və baryerlərə güc gəlməyə kömək etmək kimi məsələlərə ayrıca diqqət yetirilir. Bunun üçün She’s Next Empowered by Visa təşəbbüsü çərçivəsində yerli sənətkar qadınlarla silsilə podkastlar, uğurlu qadın sahibkarlarının iştirakı ilə video çarxlar və fotoreportajlar, She’s Next kraft qutularının xüsusi limitli kolleksiyası və sair ruhlandırıcı kontent yaradılıb.
She’s Next Empowered by Visa təşəbbüsünün Azərbaycandakı tərəfdarları ölkədə şöhrət qazanmış layihələrdir: WoWoman qadınların motivasiyası platforması, məşhur Nargis jurnalı və populyar Always Inspired podkastı. Təşəbbüsü həmçinin aparıcı milli KİV-lər və tanınmış inflüenserlər də dəstəkləyib.
She’s Next WOW səhər yeməyi 2023 ilin iyun ayında keçirildi. Həmin gün sahibkarlar və tərəfdaşlar bir araya gələrək She’s Next Digital Community Platform təqdimatında iştirak etdilər, faydalı tanışlıqlar əldə etdilər və əməkdaşlıqlar qurdular.
